Archiving Policy

Lensa Ilmiah: Jurnal Manajemen dan Sumberdaya (Scientific Lens: Journal of Management and Resources) is committed to ensuring the long-term accessibility, integrity, and preservation of its published scholarly content.

All published articles, issues, and associated metadata are maintained electronically through the journal's Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. All published articles are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to support persistent identification, citation, and long-term discoverability. The journal's OJS platform is configured to support digital preservation mechanisms through LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe). These features support the journal's efforts to maintain the availability and preservation of published content. The journal does not claim independent membership in an external preservation network unless such participation has been separately established and verified.

The journal also maintains its electronic publication records and takes reasonable measures to preserve article files, metadata, publication history, and persistent identifiers during system maintenance, upgrades, or platform migration. Any corrections, retractions, or other changes affecting published content are managed in accordance with the journal's Research Integrity and Post-Publication Policy to maintain the integrity and transparency of the scholarly record.
