Ownership

Lensa Ilmiah: Jurnal Manajemen dan Sumberdaya (Scientific Lens: Journal of Management and Resources), EISSN 2964-7088, is owned and published by ELRISPESWIL – Lembaga Riset dan Pengembangan Sumberdaya Wilayah (Regional Resources Research and Development Institute)

ELRISPESWIL is responsible for providing the institutional and administrative support required for the sustainable publication of the journal. Journal ownership does not interfere with editorial decisions concerning manuscript evaluation, peer review, acceptance, rejection, or publication.

Journal Management

The journal is managed by an editorial team consisting of the Editor-in-Chief, Editors, Editorial Board members, and supporting editorial staff, with scholarly support from independent peer reviewers. The editorial team is responsible for managing manuscript submissions, initial editorial screening, peer-review coordination, editorial decisions, copyediting, production, publication, and the implementation of the journal's editorial policies and publication standards. The composition, institutional affiliations, and scholarly profiles of the editorial team are publicly available on the Editorial Team page of the journal.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently on the basis of the manuscript's scholarly quality, originality, methodological soundness, relevance to the journal's aims and scope, research integrity, and peer-review evaluation. The publisher or journal owner does not determine or influence decisions to accept or reject individual manuscripts for financial, commercial, institutional, personal, or other non-academic interests.

The Editor-in-Chief and responsible editors have authority over editorial decisions in accordance with the journal's editorial policies, peer-review procedures, publication ethics, and research integrity standards. Any potential conflict of interest involving editors, reviewers, authors, the publisher, or other parties must be managed in accordance with the journal's Conflict of Interest Policy.
